ezstone 앱 또는 ezstone.app 웹사이트("서비스")에 계정을 만들거나 서비스를 이용하면 본 이용약관 및 개인정보처리방침에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 동의하지 않는 경우 서비스를 이용하지 마십시오.

By creating an account or using the ezstone app or ezstone.app website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

이지스톤은 어린이집을 위한 한/영 이중언어 보육 기록 서비스로, 교사의 일과 기록과 보호자 공유를 돕습니다. 이지스톤은 기록 도구이며, 보육·의료·법률·교육 자문을 제공하지 않고, 교육자의 전문적 판단이나 어린이집의 법적 의무를 대체하지 않습니다.

ezstone is a bilingual (English/Korean) childcare documentation service for childcare centers. It helps teachers record children's daily care and share it with parents. ezstone is a documentation tool: it does not provide childcare, medical, legal, or educational advice, and it does not replace the professional judgment of educators or the legal obligations of childcare centers.

3. 계정과 역할

원장은 어린이집 계정을 생성·관리하고 교사와 보호자를 초대합니다. 이용자는 로그인 정보의 보안과 계정에서 발생하는 모든 활동에 책임이 있습니다. 계정은 해당 어린이집의 승인된 이용자만 사용할 수 있습니다.

Directors create and manage their center's account and invite teachers and parents. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for authorized users of a childcare center only.

어린이집은 아동 정보 입력 전 보호자 동의 확보, 작성한 기록의 정확성, 해당 어린이집에 적용되는 보육 인가 및 기록 보관 규정 준수에 대한 책임이 있습니다. 이지스톤은 도구를 제공하며, 법적 준수 의무는 어린이집에 있습니다.

Childcare centers are responsible for: obtaining parent/guardian consent before entering children's information, the accuracy of records they create, and complying with childcare licensing and record-keeping regulations that apply to them. ezstone provides the tool; legal compliance obligations remain with the center.

다음 행위는 금지됩니다: 보육 기록 외 목적의 서비스 이용, 불법적이거나 유해한 콘텐츠 업로드, 권한 없는 아동·어린이집 데이터에 대한 접근 시도, 서비스 운영 방해. 위반 시 계정이 정지될 수 있습니다.

You may not: use the Service for any purpose other than childcare documentation, upload unlawful or harmful content, attempt to access data of children or centers you are not authorized for, or interfere with the operation of the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

이지스톤은 무료 플랜을 제공합니다. 유료 플랜과 가격은 출시 전 본 웹사이트를 통해 공지됩니다. 유료 구독은 본 웹사이트를 통해 결제되며, 가격 및 결제 조건은 구매 시점에 안내됩니다.

ezstone offers a free plan. Paid plans and their pricing will be announced on this website before they launch. Paid subscriptions, when available, will be billed through this website; pricing and billing terms will be presented at the time of purchase.

7. 이용자의 콘텐츠

이지스톤에서 작성된 기록과 사진은 해당 어린이집과 가정에 귀속됩니다. 당사는 서비스 운영에 필요한 제한적 권리(저장, 표시, 번역)만을 부여받습니다. 당사는 이용자의 콘텐츠를 광고나 AI 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다.

Records and photos created in ezstone belong to the childcare center and the families they concern. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the Service (storing, displaying, and translating your content). We do not use your content for advertising or for training AI models.

8. 면책 및 책임 제한

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 법이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 당사는 서비스 이용으로 발생한 간접적·부수적·결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 당사의 총 책임은 청구 발생 전 12개월간 이용자가 지불한 금액을 한도로 합니다. 관련 법상 제한할 수 없는 책임은 본 조항의 적용을 받지 않습니다.

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ezstone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

이용자는 언제든지 서비스 이용을 중단하고 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 당사는 약관을 위반한 계정을 (합리적으로 가능한 경우 통지 후) 정지 또는 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지 시 데이터 처리는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Data handling on termination follows our Privacy Policy.

본 약관은 변경될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 시행 전 앱 또는 본 웹사이트를 통해 공지합니다. 변경 시행 후 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this website before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

본 약관은 캐나다 브리티시컬럼비아주 법률의 적용을 받습니다. 분쟁은 브리티시컬럼비아주 법원에서 해결합니다.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
