공통 첫 단계First step for everyone

앱을 설치하고 이메일로 가입하면 환영 메일이 와요. 그 메일의 [이메일 인증하기]를 먼저 눌러 주세요.

Install the app and sign up with your email. You'll get a welcome email — tap [Verify my email] in it first.

원장님 — 처음 시작하는 분Director — starting a new centre

1. [만들기] 탭 → 내 이름, 원 이름 → "원장이에요" → 다음. 컴퓨터로 시작해도 돼요 — app.ezstone.app (앱과 같은 계정)
2. 아이 이름을 넣기 전에 보호자 동의를 받아 두세요. 양식이 없으면 부모 동의서 샘플을 내려받아 원 정책에 맞게 쓰세요.
3. 반 이름과 아이 이름(한 줄에 한 명)을 넣고 시작하기. 나중에 해도 돼요.
4. 초대코드(6자리)가 나와요. 선생님들께 전달하세요. 나중에도 더보기 → 내 원에서 볼 수 있어요.
5. 선생님이 합류 신청을 보내면 더보기 → 내 원 아래 "합류 승인 대기"에서 승인하세요. 담당 반은 더보기 → 교사 관리에서 정해요.
6. 보호자 연결: 교실 탭 → 아이 목록 → 아이 → ＋ 부모 코드 만들기 → 보호자에게 전달. 아이마다 코드가 달라요.

매일은 이렇게: 출석 → 일일 기록 → 모먼트 사진 → 보호자 앱에 바로 공유.

1. [Create] tab → your name, centre name → "I'm the director" → Next. You can start on a computer — app.ezstone.app (same account as the app)
2. Get parent consent before entering children's names. No form yet? Download the Parent Consent Form sample and adapt it to your centre's policies.
3. Enter a class name and children's names (one per line) → Start. You can also skip this for now.
4. You'll get a 6-character invite code. Share it with your teachers. You can find it later under More → My Center.
5. When a teacher requests to join, approve them under "Join requests" in More → My Center. Assign their classes in More → Manage Teachers.
6. Connect parents: Class tab → Children → child → ＋ Create Parent Code → share it with the parent. Each child has their own code.

Every day: attendance → daily log → Moment photos → shared straight to the parent app.

선생님Teacher

1. 원장님께 초대코드(6자리)를 받으세요. 우리 원이 아직 ezstone을 안 쓴다면, 원장님께 이 페이지를 보내 주세요.
2. [합류] 탭 → 이름과 초대코드 → 합류 신청.
3. "승인 대기 중"이 보여요. 원장님이 승인하면 자동으로 들어가요.
4. 들어가서 담당 반이 안 보이면 원장님께 반 배정을 요청하세요.

1. Get the 6-character invite code from your director. If your centre isn't on ezstone yet, send your director this page.
2. [Join] tab → your name and the invite code → Request to Join.
3. You'll see "Waiting for approval". You're added automatically once the director approves.
4. If you don't see your classes after joining, ask your director to assign them.

보호자Parent

1. 원에서 자녀 초대코드(6자리)를 받으세요.
2. [학부모] 탭 → 코드 입력 → 자녀와 연결하기.
3. 자녀의 기록·사진·공지를 보고, 선생님께 메시지를 보낼 수 있어요.
4. 자녀가 둘 이상이면 더보기 → 아이 추가 연결에서 코드를 하나씩 더 넣으세요.

1. Get your child's 6-character invite code from the centre.
2. [Parent] tab → enter the code → Connect to my child.
3. See your child's records, photos and announcements, and message the teacher.
4. More than one child? Add each code under More → Add a child.
