앱에서 삭제하기

Delete Your Account In the App

앱 안에서 직접 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

교사·원장: 설정 → 계정 → 계정 삭제
보호자: 더보기 → 계정 삭제

두 번의 확인을 거치면 계정이 즉시 삭제됩니다. 이 작업은 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

You can delete your account directly in the app.

Teachers & directors: Settings → Account → Delete account
Parents: More → Delete account

After two confirmation steps, your account is deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.

앱 없이 삭제 요청하기

Request Deletion Without the App

앱을 이미 지웠거나 로그인할 수 없는 경우, 가입하신 이메일로 hello@ezstone.app에 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 본인 확인 후 30일 이내에 처리하고 완료 안내를 드립니다.

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email us at hello@ezstone.app from the email address on your account. After verifying your identity, we will process the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

삭제되는 데이터와 남는 데이터

What Is Deleted and What Remains

계정을 삭제하면 다음이 즉시 삭제됩니다:

· 로그인 계정 (이메일·인증 정보)
· 내 프로필 정보 (이름, 역할, 알림 수신용 기기 토큰)

보호자: 자녀와의 연결이 해제됩니다. 자녀의 기록(일과·관찰·사고·투약)과 원에 보낸 메시지·사진은 원 소유의 운영 기록으로 원에 남습니다.

교사: 원 합류 신청 정보가 삭제됩니다. 재직 중 작성한 기록은 원 소유의 운영 기록으로 원에 남습니다.

원장: 원에 다른 교사나 연결된 보호자가 없는 경우, 원의 모든 데이터(아동 기록·사진 포함)가 함께 삭제됩니다. 다른 구성원이 남아 있는 경우에는 앱에서 삭제가 진행되지 않습니다. hello@ezstone.app으로 문의해 주시면 원 운영권 이전 후 계정 삭제를 도와드립니다.

원에 남는 기록은 아동 보육 기록에 대한 원의 법적 보관 의무를 위해 유지되며, 해당 기록에 대한 문의는 소속 원에 하실 수 있습니다.

When you delete your account, the following is deleted immediately:

· Your login account (email and authentication data)
· Your profile information (name, role, and device tokens for notifications)

Parents: Your link to your child is removed. Your child's records (daily care, observations, incidents, medications) and any messages or photos you sent to the center remain with the center as its operational records.

Teachers: Your pending join requests are removed. Records you created while working remain with the center as its operational records.

Directors: If no other teachers or linked parents remain in your center, all center data — including children's records and photos — is deleted along with your account. If other members remain, in-app deletion is not available. Contact hello@ezstone.app and we will help transfer center ownership so your account can be deleted.

Records that remain with a center are kept to meet the center's legal obligations for childcare records. For questions about those records, please contact your center directly.

삭제 시점과 복구

Timing and Recovery

삭제는 즉시 실행되며 유예 기간이 없습니다. 삭제된 계정과 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다.

Deletion takes effect immediately, with no grace period. Deleted accounts and data cannot be recovered.
